Web Hosting Service Level Agreement
This Service Level Agreement (SLA) applies to all virtual hosting accounts
regardless of plan. To be eligible for this SLA, your account must be in
good standing.
We guarantee that the network and connectivity to the network will be
available at least 99% per calendar month. This specific guarantee applies
to network uptime only and excludes scheduled network maintenance and
software or hardware outages.
If the monthly network outages exceed the allowable maximum, GLOBALnet
will credit, upon request, one month of service. Credits issued under this SLA must be claimed by the 15th day of the following month, and can only be used toward a future month's service fee.

No credits are given for client acts or omissions (or acts or omissions of
other parties engaged or authorized by the client) including without
limitation, any alteration of the configuration of the server being used by
the client that causes the operating system to fail, or any negligence or
willful misconduct.
